Memorial Wellness Pharmacy will fill the prescriptions and deliver in the Houston Metropolitan Area. If the patient address is outside the Houston Metropolitan Area, the medications will be sent overnight express through the U.S. Postal Service and delivered by your mailman.
The person receiving the medications must be I8 years or Older and must present a valid picture ID, also a signature is required in order to receive the medications per Texas State Board of Pharmacy Law.
